We have mommy and me classes from 3 months old to 3.5 years old. After 3.5 we move to independent play classes and consist of beginning gymnastics; involving different balancing, core development and tumbling skills. We incorporate music, songs, dance, puppets and fun interactive games. Sign up for a free guest class.
