Authentic Growth Wellness Group is a collaborative, passionate, highly-trained group of counseling and mental health professionals that endeavor to provide personalized, effective mental health and counseling support to children, adolescents, teens, young adults, parents, and adults as well as older adults. We are focused on supporting those struggling with life transitions, those healing from emotional abuse and trauma, and those with diagnoses such as the following: Neurodivergence (ADHD, AuDHD, ASD, OCD, PTSD), anxiety, depression, parent counseling/parenting support, and those struggling with familiar and relationship concerns and stress and postpartum anxiety and postpartum depression (perinatal mood and anxiety disorders/mood disturbances).
When reaching out can feel intimidating and difficult, the counselors/therapists at Authentic Growth Wellness Group will provide you with an approachable and comfortable experience. The counseling team understands how hard it can be to begin and engage in this endeavor, and, therefore, they possess a deep empathy and enriched understanding from which we can professionally, ethically, and effectively support clients initiate and engage in a trajectory of healing from which they will courageously grow.
The counseling/therapy team provides support to little children, adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, parents, and families. We have a perinatal mental health specialist, trauma therapists, and all our therapists possess a deep understanding and expertise related to various types of families and family dynamics.
“We are here to help you authentically grow in alignment with yourself and your goals”. There are immediate openings with several staff therapists/counselors, and the practice is in-network with BCBS PPO + Cigna PPOs. There are several Master’s-level counseling/therapy/social work interns that provide affordable counseling and therapy support at $25/session or less, or pro bono.
