Be Fit Physical Therapy & Pilates

We are an integrated physical therapy & Pilates center combining physical therapy with Pilates for rehab of orthopedic & sports related injuries and so much more! We also have specialists in women’s health/pelvic floor disorders including pre/post natal and vestibular/vertigo problems. We accept insurance but also see self pay private clients for private and semi-private Pilates lessons and small group Pilates. Also do dry needling, light laser therapy, massage and have a fitness gym.
