After an initial demonstration, each person makes the own dough from scratch, roll it an shape it in different ways (fettucine, angel hair, bow-tie, garganelli ..). A workstation equipped with tools and all the ingredients is provided to everyone.
At the end, the pasta is packaged to take home along a 100% Italian tasty recipe (the quantity of pasta we usually make is enough for an hearty meal .. just as we like to do in Italy!).
Our goal is providing a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, the same you can breath in a traditional Italian kitchen when we make pasta (we are born and raised in Italy). This is the reason why we host this workshop in our own kitchen. The space is limited so we can host max 8 people.
