Being mindful allows us to be fully present in the moment through concentration and attention. This means that you take time to notice every little detail, from colors to sounds, and create a true sense of ‘being.’
This first session provides the building blocks of beginning your own mindfulness journey. Mindfulness of the breath and mindful eating will be the core meditations.
