Mobility is intended to help you find strength and control rotation and expand the range of motion in order to help you resolve pain, prevent injury and optimize athletic performance.

During this 60 min workshop we will cover:
-WHAT Mobility is & WHY it is important
-Priming the system (before workout and good for anyone that has a desk job)
-Decompression release and recoil
-Resilience in Recovery
– Incorporating this into your training

If you are attending 7 am or 8:30 I would recommend bringing a post workout smoothie or snack with you. I’m looking forward to a great workshop with you ladies!
