Summer’s here! Get out with the family and enjoy this final free movie in the park.
Our Movies in the Park series offers Drive-In style seating as well as seating under the stars. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to bring lawn chairs so that you can sit up close near the screen. Limited Drive-In style spaces are available. Movies in the Park are free, and no registration is required.
Thanks to Metronet’s community partnership, the first 100 patrons to arrive will receive $5.00 off their order of 2 delicious tacos from Freddies Off the Chain Catering Truck and a complimentary bottle of water at the Metronet Tent. (Two tacos are regularly priced at $8.00.)
Attendees are also allowed to bring their own food and drinks. (Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.) Portable restrooms and sinks will be available. Attendees are asked to follow all CDC health and safety guidance in place the day of the event.
The Thursday, August 12 movie will feature “The Greatest Showman” (2017). The birth of show business itself is celebrated in this biopic about the life of P.T. Barnum, the visionary who rose from nothing to create a spectacle that became a worldwide sensation. Rated ages 10+ by Common Sense Media.
All movies begin at twilight, between approximately 8:45 and 9:05 p.m. Entry starts at 6 p.m. at the Oswego Entertainment Venue, 1010 Station Drive.
