Parkie’s 5K is back! We’ve got the flat, fast course, and community feel that you’ve loved from previous years. We’re very happy to be able to offer Bolingbrook’s favorite 5K again in person! Everyone receives an ultra-comfort super-soft race t-shirt and all finishers will receive a special commemorative medal. The Kid’s Fun Dash for runners age 10 years and younger is back, too! All racers will get their very own cape.

Participants can register at the Bolingbrook Park District located at 200 Lindsey Ln. Bolingbrook, IL 60440 or 201 Recreation Dr. Bolingbrook, IL 60440 from 5:00 am-9:00 pm Monday through Friday, 7:00 am-5:00 pm on Saturday, and 7:00 am-5:00 pm on Sunday.

Pre-registration closes on August 26, 2021 at 11:59 pm CT. Race day registration will be available beginning at 6:30 am (5k: $40 adult/$38 child ages 5-14) Parkie’s 5k and runs rain or shine. No refunds available.

There will not be an awards presentation following the finish of the race. Overall male and female finisher and the top finisher in each age group of men and women will receive a gift card. (10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+).

All 5K participants registered by July 31st are guaranteed to receive a race shirt in their requested size. Sizes cannot be guaranteed for anyone registering after July 31st. All kids dash registrants will receive a Super Parkie’s cape. Post-race refreshments will not be provided.
