January 17, 2022 is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday. To honor his life and legacy, this day is also the National Day of Service.

Join the My Super Powers! Foundation for a service-learning project. The kids will make Valentine’s Day Cards, decorate boxes, and fill them with necessities to surprise veterans living at the LaSalle Veteran’s Home!

We need youth volunteers ages 5-21.

Masks will be required.

Plan to arrive on time as this event will beginning promptly at 1:00pm with a short presentation by Staff Sergeant Jen Hall, proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

NOTE: Although this is a free event, because space is limited, a ticket is required to secure a spot. Due to occupancy restrictions, tickets are required for each person attending, including parents. Once you have a ticket, if you cannot attend, please let us know. Thank you!
